WHAT A FIND! Blue Tempest has had only two owners; the first one for only the first two years and the other since 1976. It is the current owner who appreciated the Bertram quality and worked hard to preserve it but keep Blue Tempest safe, clean and fully functional by way of repairing or replacing and and everything necessary. It has been said you to see it to believe it!
