1994 Beneteau 440

She is a great boat and has had several upgrades. She is ready to sail you where ever you chose. She has a newer 2006 Volvo 75 HP D2-75 turbo charged diesel with 50 gallon main tank and 35 gallon fuel bladder. The engine is an upgrade from the original 50 HP and WII cruise at 10 mph at 2000 rpms while sipping only 1.5 GPH of fuel. It will get you your favorite sailing grounds quickly. The 440 has 3 cabins and two heads. There is a main cabin with walk around queen bed and ensuite head and two rear three quarter bunks with shared head. The galley is European which means it is along the port side of the boat and boast double sink and brand new isotherm 12 volt/AC refrigerator and freezer, gimbal Force10 3 burner stove with oven. The salon has a front facing navigation station and new ROKU 40 inch flat screen. Island Dreamin is a Coast Guard documented vessel and will come with all required safety equipment. Surveyed in 2020 with overall vessel rating of 8.0 on 10.0 scale before the running rigging and sails were replaced.
